How does the ElmonX Store work?

Drops

New products will be launched on the ElmonX Store.

Physical

All the products on the ElmonX Store are physical products.

Digital

Products that require you to input your Ethereum wallet address before checking out are accompanied with a digital ERC1155 twin collectible, this will be airdropped to you at a later date.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed via our website by following these steps.

1. Select your favourite items and quantities.

2. Add to cart and proceed to checkout.

3.Fill in your contact information and proceed to payment

Receive an email after completing the checkout.

I do not have a digital wallet, what should I do?

You can create a digital wallet using Metamask.io

Who should I ask for assistance?

Where is my order?

ElmonX will give you a delivery notice by email with shipping details to your assigned email address. Your products will be sent out within 14 working days after your order is placed. (Note: Pre-order items will be sent out after a specific period.) We will try our best to ensure on-time delivery but it is not guaranteed.

Shipment will be handled by a third party. You may refer to the tracking number in the delivery notification email and check the status of your shipment by visiting the courier service's official website.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delay in the delivery. Delay may also occur as a result of pending payment verifications or customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may take longer time to deliver your item.

How do I find out what new products are releasing and when?

Your best bet is to sign up for our newsletter or by following us on social media, you'll be first to know about new products and promotions.

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email support@elmonx.com. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Where does my order ship from?

Most orders are shipped from our facility in London, England.

The final shipping price will be calculated at the checkout. You will be able to see which warehouse we are shipping from.

Why was my order cancelled?

We will be unable to fulfil your order/item if one of the following scenarios takes place:

-The item is out of stock.
-Unreachable Shipping Destination

Canceling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. You will receive an email if any part of your order is canceled and you will not be charged for the canceled items.

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?

Unfortunately international orders may be subject to customs fees/delays, which we have no control over.

WHAT IF I DON'T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?

If you decide to refuse the customs fee, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to ElmonX before processing a refund for your order and in some instances a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We partnered with vendors who allow us to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Once you are in the checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping and fees.

Where can I use my E-Gift Card?

The ElmonX E-Gift Card can only be used on the ElmonX Store.

How do I get a free ElmonX Plush?
